Return/Refund Policy
Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days less shipping & handling and are subject
to a 25% restocking fee.

Contact the Returns
Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).

Returns received without an
RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.

Merchandise must be
received in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be
given for damaged returns.
If you need to return an item please contact our Returns Department by sending
an email to returns@gameroompimps.com.
You will be issued an RMA and instructions on how to send your order back to us.

Reasons for requesting a return
Then simply click Submit and return instructions will be emailed to you. For
Returns: The subject should be your Order Number.
Please read our
Terms of Service and
our Refund Policy (above) before contacting Returns.
You must be issued a RMA# before you return your order. We will credit your
account within 48 hours of receiving your return.
Please note: Due to the per order basis of our custom items, we cannot accept
returns of these items unless the item is damaged upon delivery. For more
