you have questions about the status of your order please contact our Shipping
Department by sending an email to
shipping@gameroompimps.com.
If you are inquiring about an order that has already been placed, please use
your Order Number as the subject.
Shipping FAQ
How long will my order take to ship?
It generally takes 24 to 48 hours to process your order before it ships and
depending on your shipping address, it can take between 7 to 10 days to reach
with ground shipping. Any orders for sports logo items may take up to 3 to 4
weeks as they are done on a per order basis. Due to the unique nature of these
items, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
Where will my order be shipped from?
To accomodate our range of game room furniture, we have several warehouses
across the country in Wisconsin, Michigan, Kentucky, and Georgia. Depending on
the item you purchase, it could come from any of these states. We feel our
warehouse locations help keep our shipping prices managable, even with the
recent increase in shipping costs.
Do you offer faster delivery than ground shipping?
Yes! If you need expedited shipping please send an email with your shipping
address, the item(s) you are interested in and size (if applicable) and the time
frame you need to receive them to
shipping@gameroompimps.com. We will check stock and email you a shipping
quote along with ordering options.
What if the item is not in stock when I order?
If your order is out of stock we will let you know what the estimated waiting
time will be. Items out of stock can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive to our
warehouse, but normally you will only have to wait a few days. You are welcome
to check the availability of any item by emailing us at
stock@gameroompimps.com. Please
include the item name in your email.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for 30 days with an RMA number. Please visit our
