1. Acceptance of
Terms
It is the resonsibility of the customer to read these Terms of Service
before placing an order. By making a purchase from Game Room Pimps, you
submit that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
2. Description of Services
Game Room Pimps offers superior products, low prices, no questions asked
return policy, and excellent customer service. Plus, a 5% discount for
Pimp club Members.
3. Return Policy
We will pay for return shipping when you exchange your game room item
for one of equal or lesser value.
If you want to return an item without an exchange, you will be
responsible for return shipping and will be charged a 25% restocking
fee.
All returns must be requested according to the following:

Contact the Returns Department for a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number (RMA). RMA # will be accompanied by return
instructions.

Please note that
all returned items without an issued RMA # will be automatically
returned to the customer--no exceptions.

Items must be in
the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be
given for damaged returns.
4. Our Products
Due to the natural variations of wood grain there will be some small
variations in carved wooden items.
Due to the variations in monitors, colors of the actual items may vary
from the pictures shown. Game Room Pimps uses true color photographs on
the website. Monitors vary widely when it comes to discerning true
colors and hues, so if you have any questions at all about the colors of
the wood stains, pool felts, game table covers, etc, please don't
hesitate to email us at info@gameroompimps.com.
5. Shipping Policy
All orders take 1 to 3 days to process and package for shipping. For
domestic locations, actual shipping time ranges from 7 to 10 days.
6. Secure Shopping
At Game Room Pimps, we realize that shopping online can feel a bit
risky. However, the truth of the matter is that advances in secure

using your credit card to shop around town or over the phone. Our goal

purchase, the credit card company will remove the purchase from your
bill and Game Room Pimps will not be paid. Furthermore, in the extremely
unlikely event that shopping at Game Room Pimps leads to an unauthorized
use of your credit card, most financial institutions either cover all of
the resultant charges or limit your liability to $50 (refer to the Fair
Credit Billing Act or your credit card agreement for further details).
Should the bank not cover this additional $50 liability, Game Room Pimps
will cover it, provided that the unauthorized use of your credit card
resulted from an error on the part of Game Room Pimps as a result of
purchases made on Game Room Pimps through the secure server, and through
no fault of your own. In short, using your credit card at Game Room
Pimps is absolutely safe - we guarantee it.
